The QualiKita certification is based on a process of self-evaluation and external auditing by QualiKita. It’s designed to promote high-quality childcare through ongoing reflection and improvement. To earn this label, our daycare went through a rigorous audit process where independent experts observed everyday classroom life – how our educators interact with children, the activities we provide, and how our environment supports development.
For you as a parent, this means peace of mind: the care your child receives at KiddieLand is continuously reviewed, improved, and held to the highest standards in Switzerland.
Here’s how it works:
QualiKita-certified centers are audited every 12 to 18 months by certified ProCert auditors. These audits ensure that each center consistently meets high-quality standards and is actively working to improve its services.
During the audit, most time is spent in the classrooms, observing staff interactions, activities, and the learning environment. This way, the core of our work – caring for and educating your child – is thoroughly reviewed.
In addition to assessing classroom practices, the audit covers areas like staffing, administration, budgeting, and parent communication. This ensures that every part of the center’s operations aligns with high-quality standards.
The results of each center’s audit are published on the QualiKita website, making it easier for parents to research and compare different daycares based on objective, high-quality criteria.
