We are a full-service, QualiKita-certified KiTa and employ an experienced team of highly qualified, talented and caring educators.
Our daycare center was the first of its kind in the neighbourhood to offer bilingual education EN/DE and cultural awareness to future world citizens.
Our meals and baby purées use organic, local ingredients and are freshly prepared by our professional chef. All meals and snacks are included in the rate.
We are one of the few KiTas in Zurich with a childcare app providing free, real-time updates with photos and videos to keep busy parents at ease.
Children thrive in environments that match their stage of development. That’s why we group them by age and provide learning experiences tailored to their needs.
Founded by an early childhood educator and as a single-location center, KiddieLand offers the kind of personal care larger providers often can’t match.

We understand the importance of structure and variety in your child’s day. Curious to see what your child will be doing and experiencing? Here’s a sample of what a typical day at KiddieLand looks like:
We greet each family personally and ease every child into the day with a freshly prepared breakfast or a bottle. Followed by calm morning play and settling-in time.
We sing, play, and interact based on the children’s moods – strengthening language and social bonds. Tired little ones are gently guided to sleep in our cozy sleeping room, always with a caregiver by their side. Or we take a meaningful walk around the “Chreis 10” neighbourhood, visiting the GZ Wipkingen with its animals and the Limmat along the way.
Chef Pavlos prepares healthy, homemade meals loved by our children. Baby purées are tailored to each baby’s needs and we gently introduce new foods and encourage self-feeding. After lunch, it’s time for rest – some nap, others enjoy quiet moments with books or cuddles. Receive a weekly overview of all our freshly made meals in our App!
We try to spend as much time in our private garden as possible – digging in the sandbox, crawling through tunnels, running around or exploring nature with all the senses. Some children relax in the shade or even drift off for a peaceful nap outdoors. Receive a cute photo of your child in our App!
In small groups, divided by age and interests, we explore fun topics like seasons or senses through creative activities – like making ladybugs in spring. Children then enjoy free play based on their interests, supported by our educators with gentle bilingual guidance.
We end the day with quiet games and story time, creating a calm, cozy atmosphere. At pickup, we share a personal summary of each child’s day- so families leave feeling connected and informed. Until tomorrow!
The mobile symbol means you’re receiving real-time updates about your child’s day – meals, naps, diaper changes, activities, and the occasional sweet snapshot. You can go about your day with ease, knowing your little one is well cared for.
Everything your child needs – already included. Take a look at our all-inclusive pricing plan and explore our benefits even further.
Nourishing young minds – our commitment to healthy eating habits from day one. Already included in our daily rate.

Interactive Areas: Classrooms are divided into zones that encourage exploration and group activities, facilitating open-ended projects and collaborative learning.

Dynamic Displays: Children’s artwork and projects are displayed throughout the classroom, reflecting their interests and achievements in an ever-evolving manner.

Our learning environment is also deeply inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which fosters creativity, collaboration, and a strong sense of community. We bring this approach to life through:

In our infant and toddler classrooms we embrace the Pikler approach, which highlights the importance of self-directed play and freedom of movement. Our spaces are thoughtfully arranged to reflect this philosophy:
Climbing Structures: Encouraging physical exploration and helping children develop motor skills at their own pace.
Sensory-Rich Materials: Items like wooden blocks and sensory balls are accessible on low shelves, inviting independent play and movement.
Natural, Simple, Passvie Toys: We use open-ended, adaptable toys that support the development of autonomy and confidence.
By designing our classrooms to invite curiosity, we allow each child to engage with their environment in ways that suit their individual needs and interests.
